As of today, I will be a traveling Gypsy on the Road...am so excited to what adventures lay ahead...and even though I am be tent camping...one step closer to fullfilling the dream!
Went out and got the last of my travel foods, and found some great tuna salads snack packs...so got a couple of those, which I am looking forward to trying. Two kinds, Italian Tuna Salad, and Dried Tomato Tuna Salad....this will be good for keeping my protein intake.
So off to the highway , and will be posting along the way. Have some great get togethers planned with friends along the way,and will be posting pics when I get a chance and access to the internet :)
